With a background in architecture and over a decade of experience in project management and estimating, Jessica leads with a focus on strategic planning, client relationships, and operational excellence. She brings a deep understanding of both design and field execution, backed by certifications in Procore, and crew leadership.
BLANE SMITH
VICE PRESIDENT
Blane Smith is the Vice President and Co-Founder of JB Smith Construction. With over a decade of experience in field supervision, estimating, and project management, Blane has led a wide range of commercial construction projects across the DC metro area. Known for his expertise in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite logistics, he plays a key role in ensuring project efficiency and quality control. Blane holds multiple Procore certifications and is OSHA30 certified.
ALDO PINTO
GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT & LABOR MANAGER
Aldo Pinto is the General Superintendent and Labor Manager at JB Smith Construction. With extensive experience overseeing field operations, Aldo specializes in onsite supervision, labor management, and project scheduling. He has successfully led teams on a variety of public and private sector projects throughout the DC area, including parks, schools, and commercial facilities. Known for his strong leadership and commitment to quality, Aldo ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on time.
